I want to mention 3 recent tools I used as a Church Leader to Promote Spring and Summer Events.

First, we used our Church Website to promote dates, times and additional information for the events. Wow we are thankful  for the website, it helps answer Frequent Asked Questions. Sometimes people will check the website to see what's happening next. Don't be afraid to use your website and let it do the work for you!

Second, we put a lot of information on Facebook. We had a great number of likes and comments about these events. Facebook is a great tool that is easy to use. Let your friends help you promote your events.

Third, we handed out Attractive Colorful Flyers City Wide and it made a big difference when it came to final attendance at our events. We had real positive feedback from everyone.  Some would say this is an Old School Idea.  However, the final result speaks for itself. Also, it stirred a City Wide Interest of what was going on within "Our Town."
