In yesterday’s blog, we shared some registration tips, as well as our latest registration form download. But what good is a registration form if you don’t have any way to keep track of guests that have signed up? Don’t fret, because now you do.

We have created a Master Registration Template (located under Event Planning Tools in Downloads) that will help keep all information organized and up to date. Using the drop down filters makes it easy to search for a specific guest or room number. This template also includes a Venue 911 list which automatically generates a condensed contact information sheet to give to the venue for emergency purposes without having to give up confidential items or going through the hassle of recreating the list.

As you fill in the lists of attendees just remember that a well-organized event was never unsuccessful.
