The Dining Hall serves three main meals a day, offering guests a variety of hot and cold items sure to satisfy everyone’s appetite. Buffet dining (included in all retreat packages) offers multiple entrees, dessert, beverage center, etc. Groups can make a menu request to the Black Hills chefs, who will consider all the contracted groups scheduled and prepare food that will please everyone on grounds.

Black Hills offers guests meeting spaces for small gatherings for groups of 20-50, meetings, seminars, and services for groups of 50-150, and large conference spaces with room for up to 300. The property also includes casual meeting areas built to host small groups and late night activities. Your group will enjoy exclusive use of one meeting space included in the group retreat package, plus AV equipment is included and set up before you arrive.

Your group’s retreat package has choices for many indoor and outdoor activities. This includes use of our game room, disc golf, 4-way volleyball, gaga ball, lake activities, outdoor recreation fields and all the equipment your group will need. Your group will love climbing the rock wall, going down the Slip and Slide at the beachfront, or zip lining through the beautiful Black Hills scenery! Hiking trails, walking paths with benches, and casual meeting areas are perfect for small group discussion or prayer.
